Cristina is very knowledge about about the business and will dig into the comps to make sure you are getting the best option. She will sit down with you and make sure you are comfortable with the decision and ask any questions. we met multiple times before listing out house and since we are waiting for a new build, we even pushed back the list date 2 times to make sure it fell within a desirable timeline. Cristina fought to get us the best offer and we couldn't be happier. On the flip side, she is also very knowledge about a new build and asked questions we had no idea to even ask. She is positive and her high energy keeps things moving along. Nothing has fallen through the cracks!!
