Victoria is the best as what she does. Not only did she make the home buying process easy, but she simplified things in a way I could easily understand too. She is as knowledgable as you will find when it comes to your real estate needs and a friendly personality too.

Great communication and very professional.
Caroline is a great agent. After a brief discussion with her, she knew exactly what we were looking for. She quickly had various houses for us to look at. She made us feel like are needs really mattered to her. With in a brief period of time we were on our way to owning a great home in a great community. With how quickly the housing market is moving, her prompt responses and great attention to detail made our first home buying experience exciting, enjoyable and stress free. Very Knowledgeable with the market trends and all aspects of the business. Very professional. Takes the time to explain and educate people and work with them to get their needs met. Very punctual. Very helpful in getting data and presenting it in front of us to show the market analysis and pricing. Help with ideas to make sure the product we are dealing with (whether buying or selling a house) is priced at the right price and will close fast. A pleasure to work with
We met John through a relocation with my company. He worked closely with us every step of the way and we put him through the test with at least 20-25 showings over several months while we were still living in Colorado! John helped us negotiate an offer within our budget on a home we'd had our eyes on the entire time and we love it! The listing agent (who is NOT with the same agency as John) was at times difficult to work with and John helped us manage the inspection and contractor estimate process throughout the time leading up to the close of our sale. John not only was our realtor, he was our advocate. It was a pleasure to work with him.
