Victoria’s confidence, knowledge and 25 years of experience is evident. The Showing Home app was such an efficient way to communicate about showings and feedback from showings. We also got a weekly report summing up the weeks activities. We had 34 showings scheduled the first weekend it went on the market. Victoria and her Luxion team have such a strong network of realtors with Danberry. Our home had an offer in one day.Victoria and her team are always available and ready to answer any question or concern. We would get a response to our email or text within an hour of sending it. They also sent all documents electronically which made the process of paperwork so efficient. I had already relocated and my husband was at our home, so it really helped to get documents electronically. Kathy was great to work with. We had to view a few properties and made multiple offers before one was finally accepted.
