I contacted Caroline and another sales representative, who was a friend. I told both the agents what I wanted to see. My friend got back to me and said the property that I wanted to see had been sold. Caroline got back to me and said the property I wanted to see was sold, but she would show me three more. From that moment on, I knew she was the sales representative for me. Caroline also found answers to my questions. She didn’t tell me to go find them myself or she didn’t know, she said she would go find out. I really respected her for that and it made the job of buying a house as well as selling a house, much easier. In my situation, I had a property to sell out of town as well as wanting to buy one in Perrysburg. It was very stressful and Caroline helped to take some of that stress away.
