We worked with John Hilyard from Victoria's team while we searched for our perfect home in Toledo, OH. The market is challenging and inventory is low which made having an expert like John essential. John was always very quick to respond, always available, professional and over the months of house hunting became a new favorite friend of our 3 year old Toddler. What I like best about working with John is that he is as scrutinizing as we are when looking for a home and when it was time to make an offer he would help us craft an offer that was both competitive but also would protect us as buyers.
