Victoria and the Luxion team did an absolute amazing job with the entire process of selling our Perrysburg home. Entire process meaning from the initial meeting to walking through the house early on recommending things to take care or update to helping us stage the house for the showings, and especially the offer negotiations. My wife and I had not sold a house in 20 years and the industry has definitely changed in that time but Victoria was on top of everything making sure that we knew every little detail that we needed to know. Her team was 100% on top of everything from beginning to end, and we ended up getting well over our asking price due to the hard work of the Luxion team. My wife and I cannot thank them enough, and would recommend them to anyone.
