Regulations to buy-side representation have undergone some changes recently, and it created a very confusing environment for my wife and I even knowing where to start. Alex immediately gave us piece of mind, not only in answering all of our questions, but more importanty, by helping us successfully bid on a competitive home we were hoping to buy! He didn't waste my time or his, by getting me pre-qualified, setting me up with a lender, so we knew what my price range would be. So knowing what I was looking for, we zeroed in on a few homes. Since I was on a time line, we found a home put in a few offers and closed all within a month. Thanks again to John for the quick efficient and helpfull experience.
