Chris, was a great buying agent for us. When going through the house he was very thorough in checking for potential issues and signs of anything needing to be repaired. He offered his thoughts on his findings which helped up us come up with a price that we were confident was fair to the sellers. He was well prepared with information when it came to history of the house, property and appliances.
