•Tiffany was both extremely responsive and patient. She consistently provided clear detailed answers and explanations, usually within an hour or two. Her experience working with military buyers trying to purchase a house remotely was invaluable. We provided her with a list of some interesting listings and a few days later had video tours of each with no sugar coating and an impression of the neighborhood as well. I had the chance to fly into the state for a couple of days and check out the area and all her impressions were accurate to my experiences. She also advised on our initial offer and at the end of the transaction we ended up paying at or slightly below the appraisal value and closing on the perfect time line for our move. I would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone trying to purchase from out of state on a time line and budget.
