Tina Countryman found us the perfect house . In addition , we felt like we received concierge level service . Tina went way out of her way several times to let in home inspectors , appraisers , workmen giving estimates , etc . The sellers were in a probate situation , as they were an estate of the deceased . This added an additional layer of complexity , but Tina handled it all with grace . She was very reassuring and communicative throughout the process , which was very reassuring . Also her assistant Jayne Andrew’s was phenomenal . They were so awesome , that I’d do an unpaid video testimonial for Tina and the team anytime !!!!
