She was so knowledgeable about the area, the building of the condos, all the original options available, and the relationships she has with various folks in the area. It was very interesting hearing the history of these villas. She was also so helpful in letting us know what to expect throughout the entire process, what to negotiate on, what to expect when putting an offer together, etc. She never let you feel like any question was a dumb question. And she fought for us when she needed to. Loved working with her throughout and I would HIGHLY recommend her and her team to others looking at purchasing a beach condo/house!

Very quick to respond and get unit listed. Excellent with pictures, web sites and maximum exposure. Communication very good-especially Jayne the office manager. Walk thru not as thorough and a few items talked about were not followed up on. Very nice and upbeat and great on discussions on price improvements, adjustments, etc. No blowing smoke, and yet not pushy with opinions. A good balance.
