In the last 10 years, Katie has guided our family through the sale of two Cape homes (one in Brewster, one in East Dennis). The Cape house team was extremely helpful getting our parent’s house on the market quickly- in about a month. They helped my brother and I to make decisions about what to repair and what to update for the cape market and even helped us with design decisions about carpet and bath renovations. I’m a bit of a DIY person, but I do hire professionals when needed. This was one of those times. They put us in touch with local contractors including cleaners, consignment shops, antiques auctioneers, junk removers, plumbers and a real estate attorney opened the house for them to work when we were not at home, They did an excellent job with the open house and staging. Since we live off cape, it was extremely valuable to have a local team who could step in. I loved that they have construction expertise which served as a “backup plan” if the contractors we hired or my efforts didn’t work out. I wish them all the best and strongly recommend them.
