On a scale of 1-10, Haley is a 15! As a life long Cape Codder, she knows the area. She has prior business experience so understands the importance of market knowledge, communication and professionalism, all of which she practices. Haley always kept me apprised of how things were going, even if it was a quiet time. If something wasn't clear to her, she sought the answer. Becky Scala was very instrumental in helping us find a beautiful retirement home in E. Dennis and selling our former home. Both were done inside of 2 months! Mary Ann was great to work with both personally, and professionally. She always had our best interests as her highest priority. She worked with us to decide on the best asking price, brought in an excellent photographer, managed the staging of the house and got it listed in just a few days to capture the end of the active selling season. After she ran 4 days of open houses, we got a great price. Mary Ann then worked with us on everything to prepare for closing. She really was on top of everything from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.
