I can't recommend Caroline highly enough. I worked with her six years ago when I was looking for a rental. She found the perfect spot for me. I went on to buy that place and then she helped me when the time came to sell it. Caroline is professional, diligent, and stops at nothing to provide excellent service. Finally, I'll say that she's just a kind human being. I appreciate all she did to help me find the right buyer.

Sandy helped us find a great house in Montclair about a decade ago. During the first Covid summer she negotiated a great deal selling it on the first day of the open house, and closed the deal even though a tree took out the front steps two weeks before closing. She found us a last minute town house, again a great buyers deal, and then three years later sold that on the first day of the open house. Her analysis and advice, both in how to stage the house and how to list it were spot on. Whether buying or selling she is committed to her clients. Period.
