Sandra and team were great. After interviewing several realtors, something came across that, in retrospect, I was right about -- her wealth of experience and sensitivity to changes in the market that require a finer-tuned approach than just blitzing and blabbing everywhere. Her replies were prompt, her photographer was top-notch, her suggestions prior to the open house were just right, her reassuring tone about rough spots was calming and the availability (though not needed, as my inspection was waived) of her husband's contractor experience in negotiating a fair inspection follow-up made Compass and the Bolcar team a perfect choice in my case. I can't imagine anyone going wrong with choosing her to sell your house. Note: I resist calling a house a "home" when it's for sale. Kinda like restaurants selling home-cooked meals, doncha think???

My husband and I were moving to New Jersey from Chicago and had very little knowledge of the differences of the towns and what a commute to nyc would look like from each area. She was always phone/text/email available, she really tried to figure out what was needed and expected from us before we came to look at houses so she could narrow the list of houses down. We only had 1 weekend (2 days) to come in and look and secure a house as we live out of town. It was a jam packed 2 days with 28 houses all over northern NJ. Both days she showed up ready to tell us about each house and neighborhood with what to expect from each. She blew me Away with how prepared she was and the knowledge she has gained from doing this for so long. She’s married and her husband bob worked with us a lot. He comes in with real estate knowledge but more importantly he also has a resume when it come to renovations and he had a keen eye and was able to spot out imperfections and explain why it happened or what could happen to to the structure or craftsmanship that was already done. Bob and Sandy made the stressful experience of buying a home easy. My wife and I fell in love with a house but had our worries. They we responsive and took the time to fill me in on every step of the process, made list of things to remember to do before moving in, and even gave me a bottle of Champagne to help my wife and I celebrate a precious moment in our lives.
