Bill and his team helped me with two recent transactions, the purchase of a home and the sale of an unimproved piece of land. The home purchase was a short sale and required a lot of patience while waiting for the bank approval. Kelsey did a terrific job assisting us with the purchase is our condo. We were moving to the area and had limited time to find a place and had to do most of the process remotely. Kelsey knew exactly where we should focus our search, added important local insight that steered us in the right direction and avoided potential logistical challenges we might have had without her advice, and made everything easy. She spent a lot of her time going to appointments for us, providing videos, meeting service providers for us since we were out of town, identifying all the local providers we would need to get the purchase done and closed, got us our keys, recommended all the people we might need to assist in the future. Everything. We wondered whether it would be possible to pull off finding and negotiating and closing on a place in limited time from far away, and Kelsey made it possible, all while being tremendously friendly and capable.
