Helie is simply AMAZING! My husband and I met her in July while vacationing in Florida after I had told my husband we would be relocating here before winter from Ohio. No doubt in my mind Helie was God sent to us. From the moment we met her, we loved her she has a bright, shining personality and you can tell she cares about her clients and what is best for them. I have worked with realtors years ago that made me feel like I was just paycheck to them, and it was so nice not to feel that way at all this time around. After my family and I had to go back to Ohio after our vacation Helie worked diligently for us answering questions, video chatting and giving us virtual tours via Google duo. She was very thorough in every video looking at all the important details of the homes we wanted to see as she knew we would not be able to come down again to see the house in person until we bought it. Once we found our dream home she advocated for us with the listing agent and seller to help us work out the details. With all of her hard work we crushed my goal to be relocated before winter hit Ohio and I never have to see snow again! We have been living in our new home for a couple of weeks now and we couldn't be happier! Can't wait to live happily ever after in Florida. Dreams do come true!
