What can I say about Helie Taylor…. In one word PHENOMENAL!! We met Helie at a local restaurant and just started chatting. It came up in conversation that she was a realtor. I was also thinking about selling my house. From that moment on she was laser focused on our needs, requests and budget. She jumped through ALL of the hoops to get my house sold WAY above appraisal and market value. So much so that it sold in 1 hour and never made it to the MLS market. If that is not salesmanship then I don’t know what is. Her professionalism and dedication to her clients continued through the house hunting.
