We had an amazing experience using Annmarie Germano as our realtor recently. She was extremely knowledgeable of the current market to help with a realistic and accurate price for our home. Her marketing skills, including the pictures and description of the home were so beautiful we considered not selling, but we did. She had many connections that brought in numerous buyers quickly and she expertly guided us through our closing. She was also able to negotiate a great deal for us in purchasing our new home. During our entire procedure she stayed in close contact (almost daily) with us and always was quick to respond to our questions or concerns that we had. When our negotiations became tricky she used her “positive thoughts” and expertly navigated the problem. We soon realized that Annmarie is a legend in her field. She used her many connections, as well as her compassion for others and her expertise to seal the deal. She constantly went above and beyond what we had expected. We highly recommend Annmarie.
