Kristy was awesome. We came from out of town for a weekend trip and she spent two days with us looking at properties and ultimately putting in an offer. She also met up with our daughter to look at a few properties before we could make the trip. She answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions. We were selling two houses at the same time. Sandy Allnutt came to our houses with helpful suggestions of what to do, and what didn't need doing, to get the houses ready for market. She had solid advice right down to what exact colors to paint, and came to the flooring store to help us pick new flooring that would help the houses sell. She even helped us find a fantastic agent in another city where we were buying a new home. When were were ready to list the houses for sale, she did an open house right away, had lots of showings, and both houses sold within 2 weeks. We ended up selling for more money than we had thought the houses would bring. She handled everything quickly and professionally right up to the closing, and was always a pleasure to deal with.
