Kim is amazing! She sold my house in a week at the beginning of a pandemic. She was there for every showing and wiped everything down with Lysol when people left. I am a recent widow and she held my hand through the whole process. She is knowledgeable, professional and personable. She was everything anyone could want in a realtor and more. I saw a new listing in the morning and put an offer in by the late afternoon. There were 4 offers by the end of the day and Jaimie helped me successfully counter offer and now I am sitting in my new home watching the sunrise and having coffee. There were many questions and logistics to work through, being out of state, and Jamie not only responded quickly but helped work through the process quickly and smoothly, he was always patient, kind, knowledgeable and calm. From the start, Jamie listened and took the time to learn exactly what we wanted in a home. He was not pushy and completely focused on us. During the entire home buying process, he had everything handled and explained the steps throughly. He was very responsive and kept us up-to-date on everything going on. Luis Gonzalez is the best, he met up with us soon after contacting him. He explained the process of selling a home, the approximate time frame the home could sell in, which by the way was pretty much spot on, even after an offer fell out of contract, it almost seemed as if we never fell out of contract it was all so smooth. His knowledge and understanding of the real estate market is 2nd to none, He help with pricing our house at an attractive price point to where we received multiple offers for full asking price, and most importantly the home also appraised at the price we set.
