We met Mark in an open house showing. He is very knowledgeable about the different areas and trends happening in Austin. That's what attracted us to using Mark as a realtor for future services. This year, we requested his help to sell our home as well as buy another one. He was very patient throughout the process. As a seller, he is very practical and clearly identifies points of emphasis that a buyer would take notice of and suggests repairs that would result in getting market value for the home. No spurious repair suggestions that will break the bank. He sets realistic expectations on price, days on market (depending on month of listing), and walks you through the entire selling process till closing. As a buyer, Mark understood our needs and expectations and tries his best to match them with currently open listings. Communication was always punctual and he is always ready to arrange for a time to see a listing we are interested in, either through his suggestions or third-party sites like Zillow. He also walks through the home with you, pointing out things that catch his eye and things that we should be cautious about. If your looking to buy or sell a home I highly recommend that Mark should be your next realtor!
