As a buyer, Mark understood our needs and expectations and tries his best to match them with currently open listings. Communication was always punctual and he is always ready to arrange for a time to see a listing we are interested in, either through his suggestions or third-party sites like Zillow. He also walks through the home with you, pointing out things that catch his eye and things that we should be cautious about.
