After spending years indulging in her favorite HGTV shows, like House Hunters, Dina Marie Licata made her dream a reality and became a licensed realtor in New Jersey in 2020. The job's flexibility offers her an ideal way to raise her children while helping her clients through the often complicated real estate process. Before staying home with her children, Dina worked for the Borough of Lodi for 19 years. For the first ten years, she worked in the Building, Zoning, and Health Departments and then in the Police Department as the Records Clerk for the remaining years. Dina grew up in Lodi and stayed there until 2017. She now lives in North Haledon with her husband and two young daughters. They enjoy being surrounded by nature and love the peace their neighborhood offers. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending summers with her family at the beach. Best in the game!
Danny was incredible throughout what was truly a roller coaster of a purchase. We faced countless negotiations, unexpected challenges, and even a point where the contract was nearly cancelled. Through it all, Danny remained calm, incredibly responsive, and our biggest advocate. He went above and beyond — answering calls and messages even at night and while on vacation — and pulled every lever he could to keep things moving and ensure we closed on time. We truly couldn’t have done it without him. Danny’s dedication, work ethic, and commitment to his clients are exceptional, and we feel very lucky to have had him in our corner.
