Excellent Experience!

Working with Sean and Betty was such a pleasure! It took a couple months but we finally found the right property, and they helped us every step of the way. Communication was spot on, every question and concern was addressed with transparency and respect. As a first time buyer, my fiancé and I relied on their expertise and knowledge of the area to help narrow down what was right for us. Sean always goes the extra mile!

Sean's experience and knowledge really came through for us in this transaction. Handling both our sale and our purchase, Sean's ability to get us over asking for our sale and below asking for our purchase helped us get into a home that really has turned into an ideal house us. With competition for the house we were purchasing, he kept us in the hunt for our new house and helped navigate a couple of unusual situations, all the while working to make sure our sale stayed on track and on schedule. We feel we might not have been able to complete purchase the purchase of our new home if not for Sean's skill. Thank you so much Sean!

Really just great customer service

When my tenant moved out, I have to admit I was a little concerned about the ability to get in a new tenant without losing a month's rent. I approached Terri O'Connor Realtors and met Sean Farley. I have to say I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He provided comps to get the market rate for my apartment, emailed all the paperwork to be signed electronically and clearly explained how the apartment would be listed. He also worked out a way to have the apartment shown while the current tenant was still there to get in the next tenant ASAP. Showing started quickly. I never felt he was trying to just get anyone in there, but rather a quality tenant. I was also able to reach him by phone or text and even in person to explain some items the lease that I didn't fully understand. The results speak for themselves as I was able to get in a new tenant at the desired date as well as the market rate, but what really stood out to me most was the support and dedicated approach during the process of getting the apartment listed & ultimately rented.
