Handling both our sale and our purchase, Sean's ability to get us over asking for our sale and below asking for our purchase helped us get into a home that really has turned into an ideal house us. When my tenant moved out, I have to admit I was a little concerned about the ability to get in a new tenant without losing a month's rent. I approached Terri O'Connor Realtors and met Sean Farley. I have to say I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He provided comps to get the market rate for my apartment, emailed all the paperwork to be signed electronically and clearly explained how the apartment would be listed. He also worked out a way to have the apartment shown while the current tenant was still there to get in the next tenant ASAP. Showing started quickly. I never felt he was trying to just get anyone in there, but rather a quality tenant. I was also able to reach him by phone or text and even in person to explain some items the lease that I didn't fully understand. The results speak for themselves as I was able to get in a new tenant at the desired date as well as the market rate, but what really stood out to me most was the support and dedicated approach during the process of getting the apartment listed & ultimately rented. He sold our house so fast I had never seen anything like it in my life. He took the time to get all of the details and then came up with a game plan to sell our house and he seemed to predict what would happen before it happened. He thinks quickly and decisively and handles endless obstacles all at once by thinking things through from multiple perspectives. He works extremely hard and could sell any house and somehow everybody wins at the end of the day!

I had recently received emails from Sean Farley prompted by his research into some inquiries I made online about home values. We called Sean and were immediately impressed by his knowledge of local markets and his engaging personality. We did interview several other realtors but it was clear Sean was the one for us. Our situation was complicated and Sean worked around our schedules. He gave us excellent advice about timing and pricing. The video and printed materials he put together were outstanding.
