From the moment of the introduction of her agency, to the step-by-step process, Kathy was laser focused on my requirements of selling my existing home then on-target in my needs of downsizing into a townhome. Anyone who needs a go-getter should seek out Kathy for assistance.

Kathy never left our side. She was present at all showings and made sure everything went smoothly and accurately. Kathy is one of a kind and the right agent if you are looking to buy or sell.

Sean gave guidance on several occasions that ensured a well presented and properly priced sale. Looking back, I'm very glad I didn't just do what I wanted to do. Nothing could have gone better. I will miss my home of 20+ years, but at least I had no regrets on the exit. Thank you Sean. You were excellent.

Sean was recommended to us when we weren't sure if we would use a relator. He met with us and gave us valuable information to make an educated decision on how to move forward, whether we went with him or not. Once we decided to use him, he gave us recommendations for next steps to ensure the process would be as smooth as possible. After listing our house with amazing media and details, we were under contract very quickly and sold over asking in little over a month. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home!

Elise was very knowledgeable about the local market. She was available to talk or text anytime we needed, and she walk us through the process as first time homebuyers, and answered all of our questions with patients and knowledge. I’ll definitely be recommending her to others, and use her again when we’re ready to sell.

I have used Sean for a number of transactions; he was very adept at navigating through both the normal & unique issues that arose. He is well seasoned, a good communicator and a skilled negotiator. I would & in fact have recommended him to numerous family members as the real estate agent of choice!

Working with Sean and Betty was such a pleasure! It took a couple months but we finally found the right property, and they helped us every step of the way. Communication was spot on, every question and concern was addressed with transparency and respect. As a first time buyer, my fiancé and I relied on their expertise and knowledge of the area to help narrow down what was right for us. I couldn’t be more thankful to Sean and Betty for all of their hard work and guidance during this process. I would without a doubt work with them and the folks at Terri O’Connor again. I highly recommend!!

Sean's experience and knowledge really came through for us in this transaction. Handling both our sale and our purchase, Sean's ability to get us over asking for our sale and below asking for our purchase helped us get into a home that really has turned into an ideal house us. With competition for the house we were purchasing, he kept us in the hunt for our new house and helped navigate a couple of unusual situations, all the while working to make sure our sale stayed on track and on schedule. We feel we might not have been able to complete purchase the purchase of our new home if not for Sean's skill. Thank you so much Sean!

My wife and I have worked with Sean sporadically over the past several years to help our son find a home. Sean always made himself available for last minute showings, whether evening or weekends. The purchase we recently concluded was put together in a matter of two days principally due to Sean's market knowledge and dedication to his profession, and commitment to his clients.

Sean was outstanding throughout my entire process, and his assistant was just as helpful and responsive every step of the way. From the beginning, Sean’s experience was clear—he guided me through each stage with confidence and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. One of the biggest advantages of working with Sean was his skill during negotiations. He leveraged his knowledge of the market and his professional network to position me in the best possible way, ensuring we got strong value while protecting our interests. His expertise and strategic approach gave me a lot of confidence that we were making the right decisions at the right time. Communication was always clear and timely, and he made sure I understood my options without ever feeling pressured. Sean is truly a great resource to have whether you're buying or selling, and his professionalism and experience set him apart. When the time comes for my next move, he will absolutely be my first phone call. Highly recommended!

When my tenant moved out, I have to admit I was a little concerned about the ability to get in a new tenant without losing a month's rent. I approached Terri O'Connor Realtors and met Sean Farley. I have to say I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He provided comps to get the market rate for my apartment, emailed all the paperwork to be signed electronically and clearly explained how the apartment would be listed. He also worked out a way to have the apartment shown while the current tenant was still there to get in the next tenant ASAP. Showing started quickly. I never felt he was trying to just get anyone in there, but rather a quality tenant. I was also able to reach him by phone or text and even in person to explain some items the lease that I didn't fully understand. The results speak for themselves as I was able to get in a new tenant at the desired date as well as the market rate, but what really stood out to me most was the support and dedicated approach during the process of getting the apartment listed & ultimately rented. Thanks to Sean Farley.
