Attentive, diligent, kind, professional

I’ve worked with Scott now over the course of 8 years, through buying a house, renting with multiple tenants, and selling that same house. He’s kind and caring first and foremost- I can trust him as a person here to help; he’s not just in it for his own gain. Professionally he’s extremely knowledgeable, quick in responses, researches when he needs more information for a complete answer, and communicates with intelligence and understanding. He goes the extra mile, and has helped me in a pinch with water, electric, lawn, overall presentation, etc. when I’d forgotten something, especially being that I was living in another state much of the time during our sale and rentals.
