The BEST Agent We Could Have Asked For!

We had a very complicated sell - nothing that Rachel could have done to prevent that. There were issues with the neighbors scaring off potential buyers, there was trespassing issues and a whole lot of other drama that made this sale difficult. However, Rachel remained attentive and dedicated to us throughout the entire process. She worked long hours and brought in outside assistance when necessary. She worked with attorneys and helped to capture "evidence" incase the situation continued to decline. Thankfully we were eventually able to close on the property and I don't know if we would have made it there without Rachel. She has helped us with a home purchase previously and we will be utilizing her soon for the sale of that same home. If you want someone who is responsive, kind, knowledgeable and fierce when necessary, Rachel Hanes is your agent!
