I interviewed the three top agents for the Alabaster, AL area and hired Susan for several reasons. First, she seemed to genuinely care about my needs and really wanted to help me through the home selling process. This was very big for me, especially since I had already relocated to KY and it would be a long distance effort. Secondly, she offered me real concrete help to get the process started. This included recommending important repairs and putting me in touch with trusted contractors who specialize in those repairs that she uses on a regular basis. These contractors did really great work at fair cost. Susan made sure they performed the work in a timely and satisfactory manner within budget.
