•This is the second home that Tracy has sold for us. However, this time was a little different as we no longer lived in North Carolina and the home belonged to our parents who had passed away. Tracy did a wonderful job of stopping by and checking on the house, keeping us updated with all pertinent information and walking us through all of the legal issues that come from a trustee sale. I can honestly say Tracy was a "calm in the storm" for us. If we ever moved back to North Carolina, Tracy will definitely be our go to Agent.
