The salesperson and new Contruction home process was difficult, but Amy advocated for our needs and made sure that we knew the right questions to ask them. She made sure we were well informed when making important decisions and gave great recommendations for services we needed for our new home. I would 1000% use Amy again! This was my first time buying a home ever and I must say I thought the process was going to be much harder and confusing then Amy was able to make it. She coordinated everything with the home builders and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Answering any questions I was unsure of and guiding me through the do and don’t of first time home purchasing. She was so kind and was just as exited about helping my family find the perfect home as we all were. I can not express enough my gratitude to her for everything she did from start to close to make this the most stream line process I’ve ever had to go through. My fiancé and I had been looking for a home since October 2015 ,the first realtor we had did not take us very seriously. She showed us lots of homes and pressured us to make offers over the asking price on each one, but never helped us to understand anything about the buying process. She was slow to get back to us and she even allowed someone who just showed up to walk through a potential house that we were looking at while we were still there! Fast forward to January 2016 and we were still no closer to finding a home even though we had viewed multiple homes for 3 months. We decided to change realtors and that's when Amy came along, she is amazing! She never doubted our ability to find the home we were looking for, she kept us informed on the entire process, explaining everything in detail and answering all of our questions as first time home owners. Her quick response time and willingness to go above and beyond made it possible for us to find the home we now live in.
