As a first time house buyer, I went into the process nervous. I wasn't sure what to expect and I certainly didn't know much about the more technical and legal sides buying. But it turned out, Brian made everything easy. He was extremely proactive in finding us homes to look at. Even ones that weren't officially on the market yet. And he was really patient as we saw many properties and took our time in finding the perfect house. When it came time to make an offer, Brian proved himself a skilled negotiator, getting us the house we love for under the asking price. I can't recommend Brian enough. He was a huge asset for us during every step of the house buying process.
