Highly recommend! Excellent communicator, extremely knowledgeable with the area and prices/trends

Incredibly easy to work with. Was very easy to get in touch with and quick to provide answers. Very helpful answering questions for first time home buyers, and explaining things in depth. As a buyer, you can be confident in her knowledge and expertise as you work through the home buying process. Talyn had a great understanding of the flower mound housing market, which proved to be extremely helpful for us as we navigated a competitive sector of the market. She removed so much stress and headache involved with the offer and closing process as well. The timeline in which we were able to get an offer sent over, work through option period, and close on everything was incredibly smooth and seamless. I would recommend Talyn to friends and family looking for a realtor. You will be well represented and have peace of mind throughout the entire process.

Helped us get our dream home!

We worked with Talyn and Kapri on our home search. My husband and I were a little picky on what we wanted in our next home and the team set up a very detailed search portal for us. When we found homes we wanted to tour, they were quick to set up showings, provide comps, and their expertise during the offer process. After touring the last home we looked at, Talyn was quick with the offer, and sharing our experience and interest in the home with the listing agent. Highly recommend this team, they took the stress out of the process and were so timely with answers to our questions and the market knowledge was unmatched! Really felt like we were in great hands the entire time. Will recommend to everyone I know! Thanks again!!!!
