I would like to express my opinion of the realty service provided me by Connie Sample. My process in buying my home took about 4 months. I found my first candidate house at an open house. At that point, Connie started working with me by submitting my bid for this house. When the seller did not accept our bid, Connie joined me in looking for other candidate houses. It took some time before I was able to refine my search criteria so that I could find the quality of house, in an area that I liked, for a price that I could pay. Connie was very helpful in helping me be realistic about the appropriate criteria that I should consider. Since I work weekdays, Connie cheerfully accepted my need to drive an hour to a far corner of the Tampa Bay area several times to see houses weeknights, even in the dark. When our efforts to complete the purchase of a second house did not materialize, Connie continued giving good advice and answering my questions from her knowledge of the real estate business.
