I recently bought a home with Tommy as my agent.
Tommy was great right from get go! He was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the buying process! He never made me feel like it was about the sale, never pushed me during the entire process! He helped tremendously with the things I didn’t know or understand, and truly made it seem like he was my guide and protector throughout! When things needed to be signed or completed, he helped me through it, and did a lot of the leg work I should have done himself! Communicated with the sellers agent whenever I needed questions answered, and held his ground on the things we felt needed to be done! Totally had my back right up to the actual closing! I think the amazing thing was that he always answered, returned calls and was never too busy to listen! Even on weekends! I’ve never had anyone so attentive in any business dealings I’ve ever been through! And today, it seems like that’s truly rare! You would be a fool if you used any other agent than Tommy! Greatest experience, especially in this stressful and huge decision arena of buying a house in today’s market! 5 stars for sure!!!
