I have lived in Rotonda West for 5 years, moving from Bethlehem PA where I worked in the medical field for many years. After my move to Florida, although I loved my job in the Cardiac Cath Lab, I desired a change from those grueling hours. I studied hard and was able to complete my course and exam for my real estate license and have been busy ever since. As a real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. My goal is to provide excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. I intend to provide quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. Maria was absolutely wonderful

Maria was absolutely wonderful. Through a number of bidders, the response to the inspection, and multiple counter offers, Maria continued to drive for a selling price that my wife and I were both very happy with. Maria Cummings - The best broker in North Port

Maria performed an outstanding execution with our property sales in a very problematic environment. The tenant occupying our property was reluctant to leave until Maria found an alternative solution. Furthermore, she provided excellent advice on price optimization, so we were able to get the best sale price. Throughout the closing process she provided expert advice to expedite the exceedingly difficult closing procedure. Frankly, she was the best we have ever experienced.

Sale of our home.

Selling and buying a house can be very stressful. Maria was great. She took all the stress out of it. Took care of all the details and explained everything that we did not understand. She was friendly and made sure everything was done right. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
