Edit: My realtor, Amy, just reached out to me to make sure my family and I were safe after Hurricane Ian and to let me know if we needed anything she was there for us. An unreal level of customer service. Thank you. Tl;dr-Amy was the best! Would highly recommend. Would use again. This was my first time buying a home. In my late 20s,with zero clue of what I was doing. I'm also very hesitant to commit to large purchases and I'm very particular about what I want. So I've been told that I'm not very fun to shop with. Anyway, I thought I could just do the whole home buying process on zillow by myself but the housing market was/is growing so fast in tampa by the time I could find a house I liked, scheduled a tour, and thought about making an offer it was already sold or they were no longer taking offers. In comes Amy to save the day. Amy was an absolute dream of what I was looking for in a realtor. She was very thorough going over every part of the process. Most of all, she was reliable. She was always one phone call or text away, even on the weekends. She only showed me houses with features that were important to me and filtered out any that had features that were a deal breaker for me. She also has a great network so when I needed recommendations for this or that, she knew a guy. And every guy was great. I really hope I don't have to buy another house any time soon, but if I do, I will only be using Amy Smith.
