My name is Amy Smith. I'm the broker/owner of Sun Realty One, LLC in Tampa, Florida. We are a family brokerage started in 2005. I joined the brokerage three years ago and have since taken it over. Amy was great to work with throughout the process of helping me find a home.Even when I had given up, she was positive that I would find a home that I would love.She was in constant contact, always called, text and sent me houses.All of my phone calls were returned in a timely manner. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking to find a house in a location that they were interested in a particular area. I selected her as my realtor after listening and reviewing her countless videos. I was happy I found her and she was knowledgable throughout the process. By the way she has a great personality and easy to work with in finding your dream home.

Amy Smith has some amazing content on YouTube for people relocating to Florida! I watched her videos for a year before making the move to Florida and picking a location. When I finally decided it was time to purchase it was a holiday, I sent a message and she made time for me that day. I never felt alone in the process. Great communication, very knowledgeable of many cities in Florida. Not only did she help me navigate the purchase of my new construction home as my agent but I’m sure I made a new friend in the process.
