Monica does a great job and is very attentive. She did very well teaching us the area and the price ranges. We quickly got an understanding and settled on a neighborhood. We thank her and appreciate everything she did.

No problem easy to get along with

Monica worked tirelessly selling my house it was a day to day experience but with her help we made it I believe she is very knowledgeable about real estate the only reason I checked the sale price was about as what I expected was due to circumstances beyond her control highly recommend

Very knowledgeable, Patient, Persitent

Monica was very persistent on finding the right home for us. She knows the area and the market quite well. We feel she went above and beyond what was expected (or required). We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the area!!

Top notch realtor

We worked with Monica over the course of 4 months looking for our perfect home in a very tough market. After working with multiple realtors who were less than helpful we found Monica and so glad we did. She was professional, knowledgeable and always very responsive to our requests.
