Elly made selling my house stress free. She throughly explained her sales contract with me. She advised me to list my house for more than I had planned. The listing photos & description were excellent. I accepted the first offer on the first day for full price! Elly contacted me regularly with useful advice and helpful information. She contacted the title company to question a charge she felt was too high. Elly was the first realtor who accompanied me to sign the closing documents.
