We found Nichole to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were introduced to Nichole in 2017 when were looking for a condo. She was diligent in finding all condos that met our criteria and successfully negotiated our purchase. She was such a pleasure to work with that in 2020 when we were ready to sell, we reached out and had her represent us. As we were in another state, there were many challenges along the way. Nichole was instrumental in successfully achieving our home purchase. She stepped in at each moment of confusion or delay and corrected the issues. She was assertive in keeping our loan officer focused. She adeptly coordinated title company representatives in Washington and Utah to keep them communicating and sorting out requirements for the 1031 form exchange process. When we decided to list and sell our home, we had one question: Could Jesse Splan be as amazing to work with as he was when we purchased this home? The answer? YES! Jesse helped us from even before listing throughout the entire process. He told us small improvements that would increase our home value, and he was right! He was responsive, educated, and comforting as we waited for an offer to come in. (13 days never seemed so long!) Jesse was very respectful of COVID-19 guidelines, but he did not stop working and making sure all our needs were met. We tried to duplicate him in Minnesota (where we're moving to), but it didn't work... We will miss Jesse, his checking in, and his willingness to always go above and beyond.

Jesse was professional, responsive, and very patient with our changing needs. If you aren't selling or buying a house with Nichole then you are doing it all wrong. She is literally the best! Selling a house is stressful, but she makes sure everything runs smoothly from the first thought of listing till you sign. She is able to handle anything that comes up and has many connections to get the best value out of your home. She keeps everything organized and stays on top of things to get to closing in a timely manner. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field, often sharing her thoughts and recommendations. She points out things that would otherwise get looked over. We will never use any other realtor, she really is the best.

I would HIGHLY recommend Jesse Splan. He went above and beyond the entire buying and selling process. Even during a very stressful few months, he was always available to answer questions and help in any way we needed. Buying your first home can be frightening, especially when you don't know much about the process. I was lucky enough to find an amazing realtor like Jesse. Throughout the whole home buying process I felt like I was working with a close family friend. It was abundantly clear from the start that he genuinely cared about his clients, and that he has your best interest at heart. He was always on top of scheduling viewings right away, and would answer any questions I had no matter how small. Jesse never once made me feel pressured into buying something. One of the biggest attributes I liked about working with him is that he stayed in contact with me months after I closed, just to make sure everything was going smoothly.
