Wendy was truly amazing in helping me find a home during what was probably one of the most difficult times as a Buyer in recent memory. She really went above and beyond for me. This was my first home and I was looking for something very specific in a time where Buyers have almost NO leverage. Wendy was incredible at answering all of my questions(of which there were A LOT) and she was extremely responsive to all forms of communication. When it came to actually visiting the homes and making an offer she was top notch as well. She knew how important it was to get out to a property quickly and to put in a strong offer ASAP. She used all of her expertise, knowledge and connections to give me the best possible shot at each property we viewed. Most importantly, throughout this entire process, I truly felt like she had MY best interests at heart and I never once thought otherwise. She could have easily pushed me along and tried to get something done quickly but she did not do that, and like I said, buyers were DESPERATE. We passed on quite a few places that weren't right for me even when it started to feel like we should just take whatever we can get. Nichole Gunther is literally one of the most knowledgeable, professional, kind hearted, driven, attentive, dedicated and friendly Realtors in the business. We were referred to Nichole in 2013 when we purchased our first home. She was literally amazed and stuck by our side from start to finish. Fast forward 8 years later and we got in contact with her after some life changing circumstances and she assisted in the full process of selling our first home, she helped us find years earlier. Totally bitter sweet, and not to mention we experienced a death in the family, level 4 earthquake and a major pandemic and nation wide shut down, all during the stages of our sale process. Nichole was the pure definition of class and grace, while always dealing with us with the utmost courtesy and respect. We first met Ron a couple of years ago. He helped us with selling our townhome and buying a single family home - coordinating everything in a matter of just a few weeks.
