And then he navigated the pricing and bid process smoothly in spite of small complications (like a surprise neighbor putting their house on the market the week before and nontraditional purchaser requests). When the offers came in he talked me through each of them answering my questions but not pressuring me. When I went under contract he made the whole process really easy. David recommended doing a home inspection before listing the house, which contributed to its quick sale(at the first open house). But I am most indebted to him for setting the asking price higher that the other realtors I interviewed. This is a testimony to his knowledge of the local market.
