Linda is a great real-estate agent. From walking through her contract, to preparing the home for sale, to open houses and private showings, through to signing at the title company, Linda was there to answer all our questions. She did a fantastic job at going through each room and telling us what needs to be removed and stored, painted, repaired or staged to help sell the home. That created a list for us to go do! When we had a questionable offer from a questionable source with unrealistic deadlines, Linda didn't try to sell us on the offer, but rather told them how we would negotiate. A short conversation with Linda led us to reject that offer. When our accepted offer was proposed, Linda went through that contract just as diligently to ensure that we were well represented. Besides her years of experience, and attention to all the details, she is a really lovely person too. It is always beneficial to have a warm and inviting person as your agent. I am sure this quality helped sell the house too.
