Very responsive with all aspects of selling my house. Communication was open for changes and needs for the process of selling. Would recommend Cathy for any sale or buying transactions.
I highly recommend my real estate agent, Cathy Armfield. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly understands the real estate industry in great depth. Throughout the entire process, I always felt that she was looking out for my best interests and making sure I had the information I needed to make the right decisions. Her experience and expertise really set her apart, and I always felt confident having her in my corner. She is trustworthy, RESPONSIVE, and genuinely cares about her clients. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate agent.
Cathy had a good knowledge of these condos in high Ridge. She advised me on the offer and the counter offer. That was very helpful. She helped communicate my desire to leave everything in the condo. And she took care of that with the perspective buyer.
Cathy is a wonderful agent to work with. She has great attention to detail, consideration of her clients, and decades of experience.
Knowledgeable, thorough & fun to do business with.
Cathy was great to work with! She helped me navigate the home buying process as a first time home buyer. She kept me motivated and optimistic throughout the journey. She had my best interest in mind and I trusted her input and guidance. I ended up with a beautiful home and an easy, simple, home closing process. I am grateful for her guidance and support, thank you Cathy!
