Honest, reliable, takes care of things that aren’t his “job,” i.e. painters, handyman stuff, etc. The last transaction was the sale of our burned lot in the Palisades, the same lot he helped us buy to build our wonderful hoe. He knows how and when to negotiate, when to back off a little, when to play hard. He just get s a read of a buyer or seller and helps us decide what to do. Would give him 10 stars if that was an option. Very very fortunate to have known Steve all these years. He has also become a friend who is still looking out for our best interests.

I've worked with Steve several times, but you learn about someone's character when your back is up against the wall. My wife and I, like many others, lost our home in the Palisades Fire. My wife was pregnant at the time and without going into every detail, I was lost, frightened and paralyzed by confusion.
