We met Tiffany Vasquez at an open house in Discovery West about 2 years ago, and kept in contact with her through the years. We contacted her when we were ready to downsize into a smaller place. We chose to work with Tiffany because we appreciated her candor, availability and in-depth knowledge of the local market. Tiffany prepared our home for the market without us even being home, we were out of State for a extended period). She prepped, staged, and coordinated (window washing, pressure washing, house cleaning, painting and carpet cleaning). Listing the house was extremely stress free, as Tiffany did all the work. Our home in Shevlin Pines (Bend, OR) went pending in just 3 days with a full price offer, which was huge as other houses in our neighborhood are still sitting on the market. A few weeks later, we found a home in NW Crossing that we were interested in. We were out of state, and Tiffany was able to tour this home by FaceTime for us. In addition to that she also took multiple videos for us (which we preferred over the FaceTime as we were able to go back and look at them and pause in certain rooms, similar to being there). Tiffany pointed out anything she saw in the video that may come up in inspection or that a potential buyer would be concerned with, which was so appreciated. Tiffany was able to get the home inspected and closed sooner than we thought possible. We were also able to negotiate a $10K reduction from the price on a home that had just been listed. We would definitely recommend working with Tiffany Vasquez if you are buying and or selling.
