Lonnie was recommended to us by several people we knew that had used him when they were also new to the OKC area. He made our complex situation more manageable with his knowledge of the area and business. He was patient and available, with a reasonable response time with answers for all our questions. And there were A LOT of questions. From severe weather to where to buy whatever or restaurant suggestions, he always had something for us. And if he didn't know the answer, he could find it, or direct us to someone who could. He was funny, which helped our stress levels, and was someone we enjoyed chatting with. Several times he dropped what he was doing to rush over and look at a new listing because he understood our urgency. Lonnie was the man we needed for the job.

Our home buying experience was anything but smooth, many bumps were experienced along the way. But Kim honestly was a massive blessing through the entire journey. She was attentive to our wants, kind, knowledgeable and connected in the real estate community, and unfailingly advocating for our interests. Not once did she make us feel like we were an imposition on her, she was always ready and willing to problem solve and power through the obstacles that we encountered. She seemed to always be working in the background to anticipate potential upcoming pitfalls and having solutions already in place. We had some massive timeline delays that were complete out of our control and Kim helped us navigate the “collateral damage” that resulted from those. And she was always on the ball in the communication department. Rarely did I have to reach out to her for updates and she was always responsive. We sincerely appreciated having her be on our team of professionals during this entire homebuying process. She was an absolute joy to work with!

We are so grateful for Kim. From the very first meeting, she was friendly and very easy to work with. She knows OKC well and was knowledgeable about various areas and neighborhoods. She was available to talk or text at any time and met for appointments on evenings and weekends as needed. We really appreciate Kim’s ability to connect us with a great mortgage office, lawn care company, house cleaning service and other professionals. She really helped us not only with the purchase of our home, but getting settled as well. Kim really went the extra mile for us, arranging for our home to be cleaned before we moved in and repairing our fireplace when an attempted repair wasn’t finished - all at her expense. Kim really takes care of her clients.
