We met Lindsey through a family friend of ours. We first sent over the houses we were looking at and gave her a rough location of where we'd love to be. She gave us a list of houses that we picked and ones that she picked that would be similar to the homes that we would like. We found the home we would like in the first weekend that we looked at houses. We put in an offer and was able to negotiate a favorable outcome. Throughout the entire process from the first interaction to the closing of the house, Lindsey communicated every step and gave us resources that we needed to make this house closing process very smooth! I would highly recommend her to any family or friend that will be looking for a place to call home!

Kim and her closing coordinator, Jennifer are absolutely amazing ladies. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They are very responsive to questions or concerns and explain things thoroughly. They handle every situation, good or not-so-good, with grace, kindness and understanding, guiding their clients throughout the entire process. Lindsey helped me search homes that I could afford and would give me the aesthetic I wanted while still meeting the needs of my paralyzed brother. I'm a veteran and many homes don't have the potential to qualify for the VA home loan. Lindsey was very knowledgeable about the VA home loan and the assessments needed to qualify for the VA home loan. I'm grateful that I was never pressured in anyway. Lindsey worked with me for 3 and a half months to find the right home.

I went to see Kim when my brother, me, and my husband were in desperate need to move. I told her about our situation and I stressed to her that I was hoping to find a house at a certain price and in a particular area. Right away, that next same day in fact, she was ready to show me five houses. I made an appointment with her to meet at the first house, then the second and so on. This all took place on the day that we went in to meet her. I couldn't believe that she found these houses within an hour of our meeting and she made time to take us to see them all. The third house she showed us was absolutely perfect. She then led me through all the neccessary steps to purchase the house. I honestly was lost without her since we had never purchased a house. We didn't have enough money to cover the closing costs, so she worked with the sellar and arranged it so that we did. The house needed a few minor repairs and she also got the owner to fix them before we moved in. The best part was that she got all the negotiations and paperwork done in three weeks. Three weeks! She made us feel like we were the only ones buying and made time whenever we needed to ask questions. The house in beautiful and we owe it all to Kim. She's a wonderful agent and I would highly reccommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a house. On top of all her professionalism, she is also a very kind and joyful. She always made us smile and feel very comfortable. She found the house at that certain price and in that particular area that I requested!
