Katina is a first rate realtor who really provides results!!
We were out-of-state owners with some small acreage along with a mobile home looking to sell. When we contacted Katina she really took the bull by the horns helping me get back taxes paid, along with updating the outside electrical connection, things that we never could have done while being out of the state. Once our property was listed she got us an offer the very next day!! We couldn't believe it. Again, we never could have done it ourselves and would recommend Katina wholeheartedly! She really performed a miracle as far as we are concerned!
