Stacey was involved in the sale prior to completion of construction and expertly provided guidance based on her vast experience in the Havasu market. She immediately had a sign in the yard and advertisement across her wide reaching marketing. With her diligence and commitment the property was under contract immediately and she pushed to ensure all documents were completed expeditiously. This is the 3rd real estate transaction I have done with Eddie. He has vast knowledge in great investment opportunities and how to choose what type of rental to use.
